Specialising in both the sale and acquisition of some of the country’s most prestigious residential property, Dominic’s vast network of personal and agency contacts, as well as links to private family offices means he is exceptionally well placed as a strong negotiator on both sides of a transaction.

Bringing a wealth of experience in the Prime London residential market, Toby has advised clients on multiple on and off market transactions for over 15 years at D S Churchill.  Working closely with individuals, family offices and trusts, both in the UK and Internationally, he successfully advises on the sale and acquisition of some of the Capital’s most highly regarded property.

After over 10 years working at a top prime central London agencies. Serena joined DS Churchill to manage the lettings side of the business. Using her comprehensive knowledge of Central London’s lettings market she has built up an extensive proven track record of winning business focusing on offering honest advice and an effective and professional service to both Landlords and applicants alike.

Anne has worked in the field of Residential Property Management for over twenty years both in London and the South West.  With experience of large corporate agencies, she decided to move back to the more boutique style of agency that DS Churchill offers, being able to give both landlords and tenants impeccable service. With her extensive knowledge of the industry Anne is best placed to manage DS Churchill’s property portfolio and ensure any issues that may arise are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

With over 20 years experience working in the Prime Central London Market, Fi handles all manner of Lettings administration. Using her extensive knowledge gathered over this time, she is able to help both Landlords and potential Tenants through the logistics of housing law and compliance. She can provide practical advice in an efficient, tailor made style to ensure the smoothest of moving experiences.

With two decades of experience in the property market and over ten years living in Oxfordshire, Amy combines deep professional expertise with first-hand local knowledge of the area’s most desirable addresses. Discreet, proactive, and exceptionally well-connected, she has a proven ability to secure properties for clients, typically before they come to market, while offering vendors invaluable guidance to ensure successful sales.

With over 15 years’ experience of working in a Prime Central London agency, Jo moved to DS Churchill to oversee sales administration for both the London and the Country offices. Applying her extensive knowledge of agency and making the whole sales process as seamless as possible, she provides invaluable support to both the sales team at D S Churchill and our clients, time and again.

Before joining DS Churchill Melissa worked as an Operations Manager for an International Corporation Relocation company for over 10 years moving to Agency in 2010.  With her invaluable experience in customer service, her pro-active approach and exceptional organisational skills, she is well placed to support Dominic in this fast paced and every changing environment.
